Officer In-charge of Navigational Watch

To up-gradate your COC in Cook Islands COC as Officer In-charge of Engineering Watch rank, Candidate must have the seagoing service not less than 36 months, which may be reduced to not less than 24 months, if not less than 12 months has been served as Engine cadet on a seagoing ship of 3000 KW or more, meeting the requirements of section A­III/1 of the STCW code.

  2. Deck Cadet Course (if have)
  3. CDC with stamp pages
  4. Sea Service letters
  5. Basic & Advance STCW Courses
  6. Photo and Signature
