To up-gradate your COC in Honduras COC as Chief Mate rank, Candidate must have Officer In-charge of Engineering Watch (OOW – Engine) or Third Engineer Rank COC with the seagoing service not less than 36 months, which may be reduced to not less than 24 months if not less than 12 months has been served as OOW - Engine on a seagoing ship of 3000 KW or more, meeting the requirements of section A­III/2 of the STCW code.
